I am a licensed clinical social worker in San Diego. I have experience working as an inpatient psychiatric and medical social worker. I have worked as a clinical therapist for the last few years in private practice specializing in adult ADHD, trauma and grief. I am certified in ADHD and complex trauma as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, (EMDR), Level I Complicated Grief Columbia School of SW, Level I, II Gottman Couples Therapy. In my previous career I worked as a Licensed Holistic Health Practitioner, (HHP) for 25 years. Additionally, I have a degree in Biology with psychology minor from UCSD. I work with individuals with an emphasis of across the lifespan, addressing issues that occur developmentally at different stages, as well as addressing issues around family of origin.
